The stepper manufacturers currently spend four to six months, depending on the
tool, getting the stepper and laser to work together properly, so the steppers that
ship in early '99 will require laser delivery in latter part of '98.

That's right. If I recall from the call, they said that it takes 4-5 months to integrate a laser with a stepper and about 6 months to integrate a laser with a scanner.
