TRGT was bouncing up again from the $2 level.It was up today 27.86% on volume of 32,617 which is about its ADV The stock has been trying to form a base at the $2 levek since Nov26. In the last 2Qs it has reported better revenues and has trimmed some its losses.But the EL for 2008 and 2009 are still around $1.15 and $1.20 :>) The insiders reportedly hold >35% and in spite of its persistent losses, it has a pretty good institutional following. finance.yahoo.com The stock would have a good % gain if it can retest its Jan2 H at $3.94 and it would be a nice % gain if it could close some of the Sep16 DG above the $6 level or the Sep24 H at $6.73 :>) Bernard
