a school is threatened with a chemical attack. Gunmen in protective gear prevent an assault. You have leader in custody. He has the code that will stop release of the chemical remotely. 300 childrens lives are at stake. Do you:

1. read him his miranda rights
2. bring in Dr. Phil
3. get him to talk using extraordinary means if necessary.

Some witch named X told me that she would gladly sacrifice her kids for the principle of not extraordinary means. No one else on the left answers it. They all say its a faux question. Ted says the chance of terror attack is as remote as a car accident so what him worry?
I answer #3 even if there is a price to pay. I would do what i had to do and suffer the legal consequences later.
