I doubt that people who are willing to board a plane and plow it into a building at 400Mph are concerned about what happens to them if caught...seriously now. That's not the issue, dimwit. It isn't about retribution. It is about stopping attacks BEFORE they happen. When KSM was waterboarded, American lives were saved. No other technique had worked with him, and waterboarding saved American lives in 3.5 minutes. If you catch them you need to make them explain what their plans are. Those planning these attacks no longer have to worry about one participant giving up the plan if caught. It is stupid to do ANYTHING to relieve the pressure on these people. Just stupid.
