Peter -- Try as you may to control the terms of the debate, the truth is that the opinions you are expressing represent the concerns of not only a small minority of the American people, but also of even the Republican Party. Far more interesting and relevant are the questions currently being debated within Democratic/Progressive circles -- i.e. whether, when and how members of the Bush administration should be tried for the crimes they committed over the last eight years. The only thing that is keeping them out of the docket so far is the wisdom and patience of President Barack Obama to first choose concentrating on solving the problems created by conservative policy rather than prosecuting them for their crimes, of which there are many.
