another chinese license signed? Hmmmm, so they have quite a few already signed and they are signing new ones each month, even in the face of hte TD-SCDMA rollout.

Knowing China and it's government, companies do not sign multi-millions for a lic if it were not approved by some master plan.

Hope we hear more on this at the ASM....
