We are talking about the combatant in custody. He has knowledge of a school attack that will come in one hour. He can stop it. School has 400 kids. Do you do nothing? Is it more moral to let 400 innocent kids die than to harm this miscreant. I am not for torture but i also am not for allowing small, medium or large holocausts to occur. Would you torture hitler to get him to stop the holocaust if nothing else worked?
