Boredcom vs Qcom at ITC. The parties and staff filed joint motion to remand and joint motion regarding scheduling order. They have agreed that there will be no new evidence and initial briefs and proposed findings of fact are to be filed Feb 20th amd reply briefs, objections and rebuttals filed by March 20th. In other words, the ALJ will determine a new remedy thereafter.

I haven't yet found the Commission's order, but it should track the requests in the motions. The motion asked the ITC to expressly authorize the ALJ to consolidate all remand proceedings regarding patents '675 and '983 and confirm there will be no new discovery. Basically, there was a procedural hitch in that the Commission had not formally remanded the investigation proceedings.
