And herein lies your sleight of hand: Personhood is a philosophical concept not a scientific one. A child doesn't have the same rights as an adult and a fetus doesn't have the same rights as a child. What about the termination of a living brain dead adult? What does society call that act? It calls it legal. Society also calls abortion legal. SD
