Charles:

Thanks. All said and done, I have not lost hopes on CTYS. It is just that we do not have the information to evaluate a company. We made inferences from insiders' actions. My inferences turned out to be pretty accurate, just that I trailed behind the biggies and lost a bundle in the process.

Are the short interests available now? I want to find out which of the big guys hold the stock. In particular, it would be useful to know if BS has increased its holdings. I am scared only because I do not know behind the scene actions which can be very unexpectedly good or bad. I hope it is good because CTYS is in a fundamentally good business -- just that I do not know how badly they have managed it. The WSJ article basically reflects the stock price movements and investors' concerns as reflected in the stock price; and has given little new information about CTYS.

Good luck!

Sankar
