Trey Overall, I too thought that this conference call was DEFINATELY NOT as upbeat as the last. Some concerns that I perceived from GS: The need to acquire additional financing in the future in order to put them in the best possible position to take full advantage for deployment...but GS would not say how he intended to acquire the financing (private?). Got the impression that the next couple quarters could be "bumpy". Positive: It was GS's opinion that there was not one major supplier to BC. I did not get the impression that BC was not one of the 3. GS said you will have to wait for the release from BC Pat Mudge asked GS an excellent question re GTE announcement. She asked if he thought GTE might announce something about WSTL on Nov 18th. GS said he has no idea but did go on to say that GTE is taking a very aggressive position for ADSL deployment and that all of their trials have been exclusive with either WSTL or AMTX...Seems to me its a done deal and with GTE's latest strategic moves, I would have to say that the contract should be MASSIVE??? GS did say that two of the three contract announcements are currently being written...WOW, that's good! Bill C. Quebec Tel did specifically announce WSTL...BC has not yet. GS did say that he hopes to complete AMTX deal by Dec. If not, early Jan. The faster that deal is inked, the faster WSTL can get moving back UP!!! That's about it...GOOD LUCK...GS was definately positive for 98$$$
