i believe that charge offs can be reclaimed and sold to collection agencies- since they already buy debt at discopunted prices the amount of good vs bad vs the amount they get paid plus the interest they will get by keeping the cash "invested" OR ELSEWHERE EARNING MONEY WILL BE A POSITIVE- i AM gonna buy several thousand at 5 7/8-6 1/8 range tomorrow- besides the great potential for a dead cat- i think it is well worth the gamble- taxi
