Paul, I realize you may be looking for something a little more upscale, but I thought I'd toss these out there to look at. I use Altec Lansing 621 with my iTunes playing computer and FX6021 with my HDTV with excellent results. However, my ears are old and have their own issues.

But these are interesting at $129.95:
