Other than the variations in company name, it's notable that the "ALLIANCE AGREEMENT Between American K-9 Bomb Search, Inc., Inc.(sic) and Labwire, Inc." was apparently signed about four months before American K-9 Bomb Search, Inc was registered with the SOS TX.
This Agreement is entered into on this 1st day of February, 2005 by and between Labwire, Inc. (hereinafter "Labwire"), and American K-9 Services, Inc. (hereinafter "K-9").
