CEPH, SEPR, ILMN, AMRI, VRTX, MDCO, AMRI Why would an investor buy companies constantly losing money? Why would a major pharma do so? None of the companies you suggested has demonstrated an ability to be consistently profitable. I have never been a biotech investor and I never understood people trying to speculate in that area.
