Oops, I forgot. I've got a question for the thread. Has anyone discovered a way to edit mp3 (or other format) tracks with too much or too little volume?

I know you can save individual volume adjustments in iTunes, but the volume changes don't transfer to iPod or to a burned playlist CD.

I can import tracks into Sound Studio. It has a normalize volume filter and a volume filter. I don't really understand the difference, but they work. However, the save options are not mp3 or AAC or anything else that I recognize. I can export to AIFF. That plays in iTunes. Will it play on iPod?

There must be an easier way!
