This is nothing new, a part of Bush's Goodbye major multi- trillion dollar loot of the American people and the policies pursued for 8 years by that administration. I am surprised Obama is diverging from the Democratic congress and pushing for 350 bln. more in TARP. However, I do expect different terms for the TARP now - each loan will amount to nationalization.
