Browsers and Operating systems were distinct products, Thomas. Justice is now trying to freeze the definition, as if there were an inherent separation. There isn't. Bits are bits.

I think they gave their case away when Microsoft signed the consent decree giving it the right to develop "integrated products". On what basis is Justice going to prevent Microsoft from adding features to its operating systems?
