Maybe, the money comes from their own pockets, so one of the assumptions could be that nobody is knocking. In another view maybe whoever is knocking does not offer enough? The sum they have posted is not too big, so I think Hemlock wants to pull this one few steps ahead by itself and get better deal than sell(PP,option) it too cheap today. If they are sampling and drilling which they say they do, they have a good idea that whatever they are working on(Purisima?) may have great impact on future of the whole project. It would be crazy on their part to assume that $300K would get them far on their own without having a prospect of some form of the financing. The question remains what they have up their sleeve and how atractive it would be? I don't think that GHE is interested in any house's money, they want commitment to the property not to the profit which those last are after. Regards Robert
