I'd have to see actual lesson plans or textbooks to know what "weaknesses" and "sufficiency" really mean in practice. Seems to me that scientific method should be applied throughout the curriculum, which means taking all hypotheses and subjecting them to rigorous examination to find sufficiency or weakness. Nothing should be a sacred cow for inclusion or exclusion.

If the method is applied properly, the answer will be clear enough.

Nice to see the social conservatives turned back at a major board meeting, however.
