OK, so smartin says that SEXI issued unregistered shares and I wanted to know what they were and if there was any way of finding out if RMIL
has done the same thing. Al-len says that they can't be issued. Are we talking about the same thing here?

Smartin, I understand that there have been shares issued, but they have been restricted and cannot be sold without some declarations. Is this not true? If not, please post why this is not true.
