No ! The June 30th Balance sheet shows Cash and prepaid expenses of 7.2 M and current liabilities of 1.7 M. In a recent NR I recall confirmation that working capital currently exceeds 4M (and also that the 40M bank credit guaranteed by G was available to advance engineering progress of Mt M). The only aspects delayed was the search for major financing and the start of construction of the mine which had been scheduled for later this year).
