What ever name you call it - there are people out there intent on harm to the USA and 245 of them currently live at GITMO. I'm pretty sure even if the O let them all go home they would not be persuaded to live peaceful lives. Those were Obama's words - you can either continue to live in the liberal fantasy world or the real world. I am a bit tired of every political hack calling every law enforcement or social program a war. Ignoring the threat is what Clinton did and see where it lead - although the effort did distract Bush from so many things that needed attention - he did atleast this one thing right.
