What are you talking about? Rush had a prescription for the Viagra. He was never on parole, either.

He had a legal agreement to seek treatment for his addiction to painkillers. All charges would be dropped at the end of an 18-month period. I can't imagine having legally prescribed Viagra would violate such an agreement.
