I believe the blood is about to stop flowing.

1. LRCX conference call indicated that DRAM makers are pulling in dates for equipment needed for DUV, .25u

2. CYMI conference call confirmed that the move to both DUV and .25u or better is being accelerated.

Apparently the memory makers aren't making money with current technology and need the boost that DUV and .25u will give them (once yields are up).

I further believe that some of the analysts realize that they've blundered big time; especially Brett Hodess of Montgomery - he wasn't a happy camper listening to all of CYMI's good news tonight.

In fact, he seemed rather tongue tied - could hardly ask a coherent question. Normally, he seems quite articulate when being interviewed.

Different topic: Hong Kong is up 5% as I type; Japan is up 1% and Singapore is down about .5% Perhaps, the current round of fareast bloodletting is about to slow down. It would be nice to hear other news come out of that region.
