There is an optimistic side to a currency run. Normally, once
it's done and over with, the crisis ends and a true lasting
recovery begins, driven by the manufacturing sector. There are
many examples. How about Asia-97 and Russia-98, for starters? <G>

In other words, this is always the last stage of a financial
crisis.
