True..

If every share holder subscribes to the rights offering, theoretically there is no dilution in that every one end up owning same % of shares and money goes to the company coffers thereby shoring them up.. Of course s/o doubles if there is 1 for 1.. But typically management has many choices of how the rights are structured.

One reason I am not impressed with the management is that they did not do it when they took out the huge loan and share prices were much much higher because that was the time to do this..

Oh well, now it is a question of survival.. let's hope for the best..
