I feel a real plus which will add a greater percentage of investors is being listed on an american exchange. There are investors interested in this stock and others, but will not touch a canadian stock listing. Placing the rights offering at .285 gives you a feeling that this will eventually become support rather than resistance.
Technically, it is a positive that the up gap from this morning has not even come close to closing on 2.5 Million shares
