Love to know who the potential JV partner is. The way these clowns operate, the JV could be a good short, unless they insist on 51% ownership. God forbid, CVR has 1/2 a say in the development of anything! The additional property will add value, to the JV partner, but the fact that it's with Consolodated, should drag it down. A 50/50 JV should have them down to the teens. Which new year by the way, 98, 99, or 2005? Ther should be a mine in Mexico, by 2005, but I'm sure Len will find a million reasons why there isn't one. You know, rainy season and all..........and don't forget, we've still got to hire a manager, to direct the workees.
Be REAL interested to learn what Len has to say to you, assuming they have enuf money in the till,(OH but of course, there's all that .80 PP money around now) to return the call, or he's not too busy lining up those HUGE brokerage houses in the U.S., with that ever increasing new shareholder base.
