Monopolies are NOT illegal, but they are bound by special rules.

Of course, it wouldn't surprise me to see Obama interpret the law in a way that essentially makes monopolies illegal. Then they can begin the arduous task of dismantling Intel and Microsoft. Or levying a hefty "monopoly" tax.

Cause if there's one thing government does best, it's punishing success like high-tech and rewarding failures like the American auto industry.
