Inertia so thick you can't cut it with a light. Not surprisingly code 14 all over the place as systemics struggle with the mission to take market cap against a complex of no sellers. MM1 & MM2 each below 49 % of an average days trade...... might start selling some puts let'n em pay us for the opportunity of accumulating lower. take a look at the option series and what they be saying.
