Ignoring the issues with the idea that the government is effectively stimulating the economy with all this additional spending there is a big difference between a general stimulus of the whole economy, and a check sent directly to the organization that performs the activity. The reasoning is very different.

Or would you say its ok to fund non-terrorist services provided by Hamas?
