That is exactly what I said. Do you understand the difference between advertising and full, fair disclosure? The way many of you bashers of Brinker's "critics" act, I think not.

That does not mean they are not required to post their returns by year somewhere. GM can do all those fun Hummer commercials they want but there is a sticker with the estimated MPG on the window you have to see before you buy. There is no "sticker" on Brinker's site disclosing his returns by year. We won't even mention he should have another "sticker" on his site saying if you followed his QQQ advice to the letter, then you lost about 29.5% of what he reports for P1 and as much as some other percentage for the other three portfolios.

Also, if he gives 10 year returns, should he list the returns adjusted for putting 4% into MSFT at his $23 or $24 buy level from 2003? I believe the S&P is about flat while MSFT is down 25%. That should take about 1% off his posted results, give or take.
