Private schools also don't have to take kids with disabilities, and they can boot students out without the lengthy due process requirements of public schools. Must be nice. If I could boot out the troublemakers in my classes, and ashcan the kids with disabilities (who I like, don't get me wrong- but private schools don't care for them) I imagine my test scores would be through the roof.
