You are just wrong here. They do not "tend to be quite willing." I have experience with this, and I suspect you do not. I tried to get my son with a disability in to private schools with lower class sizes- happened to be religious- they were NOT quite willing, and in fact it's not just me and my child.

And it's not wonder. Children with disabilities require more services. Makes perfect business sense to deny them entry. Capitalism at work, Tim.
