it doesn't make "perfect sense" since most schools don't charge more because "your kid has a disability". Private schools can deny a child a place without giving a reason- so it's no wonder they deny second language learners, children with disabilities, and all sorts of other children who burden the system.

How on EARTH would you know there wasn't a difference in concentration between the two? Disabilities are private information, and cannot be revealed to you- and many disabilities are not obvious, so you, Tim, wouldn't know, now would you? No, you would have no idea- unless you got a look at the classified records of the students. Did you?
