Very simply, if the Average Joe has less needs than you, then ONE HALF the population of "Joes" would also have less demanding needs than you.

However, assuming a "normal" distribution of "Joes", the OTHER HALF of the population of "JOES" will have needs that are MORE DEMANDING than you.

The question then arises, what does this HALF of the population buy?
