china needs both government & private consumption / investment
- to build the foundations: much more roads to everywhere, many more buildings of high intelligence, lot more dams, plenty more reservoirs, gobs of power stations of many technologies, lots and lots of key schools, many up to date hospitals, etc etc etc - the list is endless, effectively
- to lay claim to the future: massive space program following a trajectory for 100 years, at 10 cents on the dollar
- to ensure global peace and galactic calm: vastly larger navy and naval infantry force, and many more rockets, nice big ones with every nook and cranny reach, lots and lots of it, especially the big to huge ones, but must be smart, very extremely and asymmetrically smart, until and unless team usa stands down andd say uncle
the issue is not identifying needs, aggregating financing, spec out the technology, but enough people to design correctly and lead smart
to make sure that human kind actually make it to the year 3009, because america has singularly proven that it is unable to lead, due to lack of all that is required, meaning justice, moral guidance, scientific orientation, etc etc on a societal basis weaved into chromo lattice, and because we can neither depend on the maurice mq's of this world for moral relevancy nor the cb ilaines for logical guidance, because they are wastrels.

the times have changed, chapter page turned, and changes require more changes, and there is no fundamentally different approach to christian this and moslem that and hindu something else, except confucianism, and so the answer is obvious. |
