This has got to rank among the most stupid actions an American president has ever undertaken. It conveys weakness to the very people who last attacked us. My buddy Bob made this comment in a message to me yesterday. Seems to fit in an appropriate way here as well. Taro "I think Bill O'Reilly probably has it right when he says that if BO institutes policies that appear soft on terrorists, and then the USA is attacked again, he is through. And he will take a lot of other liberals down with him, which would be good. We can only wait and see what happens. But one thing we can be certain of is that closing Gitmo, and putting clamps of interrogation techniques, will not increase national security. They can only harm that goal. So the real question is, by how much?"
