I e-mailed Jeff and he responded right away(It was on a Sunday night,I'm impressed!) Here is what he said: While nothing in life is ever certain and it would all depend on how the State of SC proposed to reinstitute video poker, we would certainly have to give it serious consideration. I would caution you that the fight over video poker the last time around was quite contentious and the industry made a number of missteps. I would do as much reading as possible before concluding there was a serious prospect for the reinstitution of video poker. Obviously, bingo halls represent an attractive flow and base of customers for whom video poker is an attractive pastime. We have 16 bingo halls currently and a couple more under contract to acquire. We are likely to trim a couple from the portfolio when and if we close the noted acquisition.
