Not at all. We all want the same thing. Holocaust gen is dead for the most part. American jews will take any deal that guarantes the jews of israel right to have their state. Land means little to us except for most religious. Jerusalem has meaning to all, but we would share it in heartbeat. But we also know arabs want jews of israel dead so its trust but verify. No blind faith in folks who blow up your kids or send rockets into your towns. So what you get unfortunately is the garrison state in lieu of the death wish. I am hoping that obama admin can do something. Last chance.

Your view is not the view of many Israelis and it certainly isn't the view of the wingers in Israel whom control pretty much everything these days.
