Hello Bilberry: I have been following Jmar since late 1994 when I made my first purchase. I have been following this thread since I found it two weeks ago. Between myself and a friend of mine we have managed to put at least 10 other people into Jmar. We consider ourselves the University of Michigan connection to Jmar and have talk with the company many times. Just thought I would use this opportunity to introduce myself to you and others as a new member of SI. I have written several research reports for people about the important work that Jmar has been doing. I think that the most recent action by Jmar in relation to CATS can be seen in a positive light.

1) The reduction of outstanding shares can be very useful considering the potential delution that would occur if Jmar continues upward and the warrents are exercised.
2) A small company like Jmar could benefit from ramping up revenue if CATS could just demonstrate to the investing public that the have contracts waiting to be done.
3) I think that the way Jmar is disseminating the new about CATS will allow them, when they report the quarter, to continue to reference CATS seperately when talking about how the company is doing. That should lessen the blow of CATS to those shareholder who are not as familiar with Jmar.

Just some Ideas.
Really enjoy your comments and knowledge,
Brent
