BC, It is a good question and maybe one reason they are not in a hurry to loan money to anyone that actually needs it. Talk that Clowngress will place restrictions on future funding to banks that will require reporting on how those funds are used. Supposed to be a regular interval and I guess if Banks don't lend but buy toilets and give everyone bonuses, then Clowngress will call them up and tell them they are bad and to stand in the corner for a hour or two. Serious bunch of clueless clowns. That poor bastard Obama is absolutely smart enough to know exactly what he got himself into. Zero pity for him, but I wish him luck and hope he has a magic wand to go with his healing ray emitting unicorn. GT TH
