A new energy grid which accesses alternative energy and also acts as a plug in. NG for trucks can be done with tax credits. Government can subsidize truck conversions and NG dispensers in standard gas stations. Piece of cake for the 100's of billions they are talking about. Obama is thinking USA 21 century leader in alternative energy. He is a big thinker. Time wil tell if he can pull it off, but everyone who has gone up against him so far has lost.
