The only thing I did not like was this: Oct 9 1997 144 SEC Filing after a sc13D was filed Aug 1. Now a 13d is ownership of shares and 144 is trading.when I was looking at it last week. May be a great stock but I do not like 144 or s8 ... Just my personal pet peeve.
