VIT is done. Chad Williams is incompetent and nothing but a washed up stock broker. I know of 3 geologists they fired and 3 that quit before they realized they'd spent all their money. How many geologists do they have that are actually willing to get their hands dirty? One? They are not drilling but they're paying big bucks to keep a "drilling manager" on staff. They keep a CFO on staff when they could hire a CPA on an as-needed basis. Besides, the clown they have for a CFO didn't even know they'd burned up almost $9 million and only drilled a few holes. This guy Chad Williams did a really sleazy deal by selling 1.6 million shares and turning around and buying 1.6 million units in the last private placement so that he now has 800,000 $0.35 warrants added to his account. Isn't that a related-party transaction? Then he hires a mining engineer and gives him 800,000 options and a big salary when they don't have a snowball's chance in hell of going into production with only a few million in cash and a very top heavy org chart with no worker bees left. Why do they need a full time IR rep on staff? Can't they farm IR out to an IR firm that handles multiple clients? VIT is an exploration company, or it was before the stockbroker ruined it, and you need geologists and drills turning to increase value. Now all we shareholders get are press releases. Isn't firing 12 out of 20 people a significant material fact? Why hasn't the so-called CEO publicly disclosed this significant material fact? The board of directors should fire him immediately. Maybe that's the real reason for hiring a new executive VP so he's in place to step up at a moment's notice, or so one can hope.
