It's one of the processes of the bear market. When investors lose money, they get pissed. When they get pissed, they inform the authorities and try to start something to recover their money. There will be a lot more scandals, and a lot more people on WS (and elsewhere) will be going to jail for white collar crimes. Kinda like 2001- 2003, with Worldcon, Enron and stuff. Can't happen without a crisis. -g-
