I suspect that the FBI, the SEC and others are investigating many of the self-styled, bottom-crawling, self-styled "cyber sleupps," including some that may be subjected to a "roll" in order to reduce the time spent in federal prison by their former leader. Perhaps they will be asking whether certain (currently in the "news") hedge fund affiliates were members (or otherwise were guests) of a private website that was part of the evidence that led to a federal conviction. HOLY SHT!!!! And this isn't being investigated by the FBI, not to mention the SEC? Again.. I say.. HOLY SHT!! Owned by Wall Street investment banks that may have benefited from naked shorting schemes, the DTCC oversees the delivery of stocks on Wall Street.>>
