i dont know where that reporter is getting that chat information about the stimulus bill. what i have been hearing is people screaming bloody murder about how bad the bill is. sure it will pass ... after all, the first one passed. and that one was a disaster in the way it was planned and implemented. WHO is it that is talking about having cautious optimism?
