Nam Vu,

<There is the question of validating amount of shares owned by the Cartel. Is this the sticky issue? If so, how would you suggest this verification? I own 20600 shares. How do I prove that?

My gut feeling is that the Cartel owns enough, but how do I know? Riley, I'm not calling you a liar, I just can't be 100% sure.

Good post. As I'm sure you realize, there really is no practical way to prove that a short squeeze will happen until it actually starts.

What you have to do here is use your best judgement of the situation and make a decision on how you will play this. Then put your faith in your decision and depending on what you decide, either do everything you can to ensure that the squeeze works, or just walk away.

Those of us who are long have made a judgement that someone out there is going to a lot of trouble to break this thing up with press releases (if this were a scam, why would they bother; they could just let it fall back to low levels on its own), relentless naysayers (why do they persist so long without having any interest?), etc.

You won't find any proof in advance, but you can make your own judgement of human nature and do your own risk/reward assessment.

Good luck,

Jim
